Why is it important to proofread a document?

- Under When Correcting Spelling And Grammar In Word, click the AutoCorrect Options
- Under the AutoCorrect tab, clear the Automatically Use Suggestions From The Spelling Checker check box.
Editing is the process of examining a text with the intention of improving the flow and quality of writing. In other words, the process of checking and improving the copywriting of a document. Proofreading implies checking a translated document against the original and making sure that everything is correct.
- Click File > Options.
- Click Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Protected View.
- Uncheck Enable Protected View for files originating from the internet.
- Open a new file by selecting new form MS office button. Paste the copied contents in the new file. Go to the review section and hit the protection tab. Move over to the “Restrict editing and formatting pane” and click “Stop protection”.

- Click the Read-only check box belong to Attributes from on the General tab from the popped up Properties window.
