Why do my legs shake so much when I work out?

Sometimes after an intense workout the nervous system which causes your muscles to contract becomes fatigued causing your muscles to shake. Sometimes shaking is due to low levels of glucose in the muscles or electrolytes which are necessary for muscle contractions, or due to being dehydrated.

Why my muscles are shaking?

Muscle twitches caused by stress and anxiety are often called “nervous ticks.” They can affect any muscle in the body. Consuming too much caffeine and other stimulants can cause muscles in any part of the body to twitch. Dehydration can cause muscle contraction and twitching, especially in the body's larger muscles.

Why my body is shaking?

Some people say that they have a 'case of the nerves' because they are shaking so much. Body tremors symptoms also can be aggravated by a lack of sleep. Sleep deprivation can have an adverse effect on the body's nervous system and cause the body to produce more stress hormones when tired.
