Capture Screenshots. You can capture screenshots by pressing the Home key and the Power/Lock key simultaneously. The screenshot will be copied to the clipboard and saved to the Screenshots folder in Gallery.

To start Snipping Tool in Windows 8:
- With a mouse: Open the charm bar by putting the mouse cursor to the top-right corner of the screen.
- With a touchscreen: Swipe from the right side to the left.
- Select “Search”.
- Make sure you have “Apps” selected.
- Type in “Snipp”.
- Start the Snipping Tool by clicking the icon.
One of them is to type the word “snip” in the Start Menu search box and then click on the Snipping Tool shortcut. A second way is to go to the Start Menu, choose Accessories and then click on Snipping Tool.
