Where are the WebEx recordings stored?
Go to My WebEx: Once you are logged in, go to My WebEx and click on My Files in the left navigation pane then on My Recordings tab. Go to Meeting Center: Once you are logged in, go to the Meeting Center tab and then click on the My Recorded Meetings link in the left sidebar.
You can also edit the .ARF file and convert it into WMV file format by using WebEx Recording Editor.
- Step 1: Install and Open the ARF Player - First of all install and launch ARF Player.
- Step 2: Start Conversion and Save File - In the Network Recording Player, click "File" and select "Convert Format".

- Sign in to your WebEx site. The Meetings page appears.
- Select the Recordings tab.
- Locate the meeting recording that you want to access.
- Select the drop-down arrow in the Options column and select Delete.
- Select OK to confirm.
Click on the shortcut to the WebEx Recording Editor to launch the application which is displayed below. Open .WRF File: Now click File in the top navigation menu of WebEx Recording Editor and browse to open the .WRF file you want to convert to .WMV.
