What values are most important to you?

These values are the most important for me to live by and the ones I want to pass along to my children and everyone in my life:
  • Appreciation.
  • Belief in Others.
  • Caring.
  • Commitment.
  • Compassion.
  • Cooperation.
  • Courtesy.
  • Dedication.

In respect to this, what is value based decision making?

Values Based Decision Making is a straightforward process for making and communicating decisions based on the most important values. A leader's integrity and credibility in the eyes of others come from a values driven process, and from transparency and honesty in communication.

Why is it important to identify the different values that influence decision making?

Our values inform our thoughts, words and actions. Our values are important because they help us to grow and develop. They help us to create the future we want to experience. Every individual and every organisation is involved in making hundreds of decisions every day.

What are your values?

Your values are the things that you believe are important in the way you live and work. When the things that you do and the way you behave match your values, life is usually good – you're satisfied and content. But when these don't align with your personal values, that's when things feel wrong.
