What not to capitalize in a title?

“Short" words, those with less than five letters, are lowercase in titles, unless they are the first or last words. Generally, we do not capitalize: Articles – a, an, the. Coordinating Conjunctions (fewer than five letters) – and, but, or, for, nor, etc.

Furthermore, is Adidas supposed to be capitalized?

It is a proper noun, and therefore should always be capitalized. The Adidas company is wrong, obviously on purpose, to be badass. I'd say capitalize it, but if you're gonna go lowercase, jack the official adidas font so they know it was your intent.
