The "right" age to graduate is whatever age you are when you've fulfilled the requirements to obtain your degree--and even that is debatable. In the US, most people are 18 when they begin college. Thus many graduates are 22 when they finish a 4-year program on time.

What age do you have to be to be in college?

Either 17 or 18. They start Kindergarden at 5 or 6 depending on where their birthday falls compared to the school year, then 12 years of 1st through 12th grade, and starting college usually right after. Obviously there's exceptions.

How old are you when you do A levels?

AS and A levels are the traditional qualifications offered by schools and colleges for 16-19 year olds. They're highly valued by universities and employers and focus on academic subjects, although some are work-related. AS levels can be taken as a stand-alone qualification, or as the first part of an A level course.
