What is the name of a question that has no answer?

What would I call this question that has no answer? (If I understand correctly rhetorical is when you can answer the question, but it is not meant to be answered, so by that definition "rhetorical" would be invalid here.)

What do you call a person who is being questioned?

Interrogation (also called questioning) generally means formally or informally interviewing a person who is suspected of committing a crime. The person being interrogated may be suspected of a crime and the goal is a confession. The person being questioned is not a suspect, but may not want to give any information.
