What is the aspect ratio of a3 paper?

Two A3 pages next to each other in a spread equals the A2 paper size. This way a range of paper sizes is created from A0 (which has a surface of one square meter) to A10. The height/width ratio remains constant for all sizes: 1:1.41 or the square root of 2.

Keeping this in view, what is bigger a3 or a4?

A1, A2, A3, A4) measurement is determined by halving the dimensions of the preceding one. For example the most commonly used paper size is A4 (297mm x 210mm) and the next paper size is A5 (210mm x 148.5mm) which is equal to half of the A4 dimensions. A3 (297mm x 420mm)

What is double of a3?

A3 297mm x 420mm (double the size of an A4) A2 420mm x 594mm (double the size of an A3) A1 594mm x 840mm (double the size of an A2) A0 840mm x 1,188mm (double the size of an A1)
