Qatar. Qatar is a developing country, according to the United Nations. However, as the country with the highest gross domestic product (GDP) per capita ($143,788), Qatar proves to be somewhat of an exception to the rule of what counts as developing. Qatar's infrastructure is also lacking in transportation and education

The UK is a great power with considerable economic, cultural, military, scientific, and political influence internationally.
