Credential Manager is the "digital locker" where Windows stores log-in credentials like usernames, passwords, and addresses.

Considering this, how do you clear cached credentials?

Here's how to remove them:
  1. Close Microsoft Outlook.
  2. From the Start menu, select Control Panel.
  3. Click User Accounts.
  4. Click Credential Manager.
  5. In the Windows Credentials and Generic Credentials section, remove any stored credentials referencing the Office 365 or ms.outlook email addresses:

How do you clear the cache in Windows 7?

  1. Select Tools » Internet Options.
  2. Click on the General tab and then the Delete button.
  3. Click on the Delete files button.
  4. Click the Yes button.

Where do I find Credential Manager?

Access the Credential Manager. You can quickly access the Credential Manager in Windows 7 by clicking the Start button and typing Credential in the Start Search dialog box. As soon as you do, you'll see Credential Manager appear in the results panel, as shown in Figure A.
