Is it good to drink lemon water?

Lemon water is a healthy drink that can add a good amount of vitamin C to your diet. It's a fantastic, flavorful alternative to plain water that has several health benefits. However, if you already eat lots of fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of fluids, then lemon water will be of no nutritional benefit.

Similarly, how much lemon should you put in your water?

If you weigh less than 150 pounds and are in good health, squeeze half a fresh lemon (about one ounce) in 8 to 12 ounces of filtered water and drink it first thing in the morning for the best cleansing benefits. If this is too strong, dilute it to taste.
