Is it easier to digest pork than beef?

Because animal protein (meat) is a more complex food, our body expends a much larger amount of digestive enzymes to digest it. Some meats take longer to digest than others; pork takes the longest to digest, followed by beef and lamb. The longer the meat takes to digest, the more digestive enzymes are exhausted.

Similarly, which is more healthy beef or pork?

Pork tends to be higher in fat, with about 13 grams of fat in 3 ounces of pork chops and 17 grams of fat in the same serving of ground pork. If you are watching your fat intake, use shrimp as your main protein source for salads and stir-fries. Trimmed lean beef is also an acceptable choice for a low-fat diet.

How healthy is pork meat?

It is high in protein and essential vitamins, minerals and amino acid good for overall health. Lean pork, when trimmed of visible fat, is nutrient-dense, satisfying, and good for you. Some pork parts like that of tenderloin, loin chops and sirloin roast are made from the lean cuts and are more healthy than chicken.
