When your body is more acidic than alkaline, it is more fertile for diseases to develop. The balance between acid and alkaline should be at 7.4 slightly alkaline. One might think that fresh lemons and limes and raw organic apple cider vinegar are acidic, but they actually become alkaline when consumed.
Then, is vinegar or basic?
Vinegar is acidic. When digested, it may become alkaline by way of our metabolic process. Depending on the vinegar (ie. white vinegar vs. apple cider vinegar), you will know which one has better alkalizing vs. acidic effects on the body.
Is vinegar acidic or alkaline?
