Can I use a forever stamp to mail a postcard?

Yes, but you'll be overpaying. So long as you put at LEAST the correct postage on it, you can use more. Waste of money, but really, it's not that much. Current postcard rate (for a regular-sized postcard--oversized ones go at letter rate) is $0.35; letters (first ounce) is $0.49.
