How long does it take to fry boneless skinless chicken thighs?

If you're using boneless chicken thighs, fry for 7 to 8 minutes per side until the coating is golden and crispy. If you're using bone-in thighs, reduce the heat to 325 F and fry for 10 to 12 minutes per side. Remove from the oil and drain on a wire rack over a baking sheet to remove excess oil.

How long does it take to cook chicken thighs in the pan?

Sprinkle the other side of the thighs and then, without moving them, cook uncovered* for about 20-25 minutes. Let them cook until the fat has rendered and the skin is deep golden brown and crisp; this could take as long as 30 minutes.
