How to Bake Chicken Breasts
- Purchase boneless, evenly sized chicken breasts.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Place chicken breast in an ovenproof baking dish.
- Season with salt and pepper and any herbs and spices.
- Put the baking dish in the oven and cook for about 15–20 minutes.
Shown below is a shot of the chicken breast in a baking pan with all the seasonings – thyme, basil and oregano, along with salt and pepper. We prefer range-free chicken because it is healthier than chicken raised conventionally. Preheat oven to 425°. Place in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. On two large rimmed baking sheets, toss Brussels sprouts, pears, shallots, thyme, and oil; season with salt and pepper. 2. Roast until Brussels sprouts are tender and browned, 30 to 35 minutes, rotating pans halfway through.
- Combine bread crumbs, cheese and garlic in a small, shallow bowl. Dip chicken in melted butter, then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken on a small baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 20 minutes or until chicken is to an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Dip chicken in egg, then into the bread crumbs. Coat well. Arrange chicken baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
