How long can you keep canned tuna in the fridge?

- Canned salmon is fully cooked and will keep for several years (The official expiration date is five years after the canning date).

Typically this will be about 3 years. However, if the tuna can is stored in a dry pantry or shelf this can be increased by a few years.
