How do you keep goggles from fogging up?

Keep them away from the inside of your goggle lenses or you'll erode and smudge the anti-fog coating, causing it to lose effectiveness prematurely. Use Anti-fog Spray: If your goggles are fogging, apply anti-fog spray to restore an anti-fog coating on your lenses. Slacker Anti-Fog: Spit: Don't underestimate yourself.

Herein, why do my glasses get foggy for no reason?

Water vapor (from exhaled breath and sweat from your forehead) cools down when it touches the lenses. The cold lenses cause a phase change as the warm vapor touches them and turns into a liquid. The first step in preventing fogging would be to use an anti-fog coating on the lenses.

Why do glasses fog up when you come in from the cold?

While outside, the lenses of your glasses had cooled to the point that when you walked inside, they were cooler than the dew point temperature of the air in the building. The water vapor in the relatively warmer, and more moist air condensed, hence fogging your glasses.
