A polishing cloth can be black with tarnish and still be effective. A good rule of thumb: when they have a lot pills (like on a sweater), it's time for a new one. Do not wash your polishing cloth! The polishing treatment will get washed out.
What is a silver cloth made of?
The fabric is made of 100% cotton flannel using dyes that contain no acid, sulfur or salts. Silver Cloth is impregnated with materials that absorb tarnishing gasses before they can react with the surface of your silver or jewelry.
How do anti tarnish strips work?
A. They absorb sulfides and other pollutants in the air and prevent tarnish from occurring. They do not remove existing tarnish. A. Simply put 3M Anti-Tarnish strips in a well-sealed enclosure with tarnish-free metal items. The more air-tight the enclosure, the longer the strips will remain effective.
Maintain the beautiful shine and unique finish by polishing PANDORA Rose™ products with a soft cloth. Dampen the cloth in lukewarm water, adding a small amount of mild soap, and rub gently on jewelry. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth. If jewelry is particularly dirty, soak for 5 to 10 minutes.
Your PANDORA jewellery should be handled with care at all times. All sterling silver will tarnish over time, but it will happen much faster when it comes into contact with agents such as perfume, salty air, sulphur, skin creams, hairspray, chlorine and acidic skin ph.
Depending on the size of the charms you choose, your bracelet length, and how you want your PANDORA bracelet to fit, you can typically fit 17 to 22 charms. This number includes two clips and any spacers you pick. In addition, if you choose to add a safety chain, this will take up the space of two charms.
PANDORA stores are happy to exchange any items purchased from any PANDORA store. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. Any items for exchange without a receipt may, at our discretion, be exchanged at the current price.
Moments charms, safety chains and clips will not fit on the ESSENCE bracelets and will void the warranty if worn together. Nearly all sterling silver PANDORA jewelry is stamped with “S925.” The “S” stands for silver and the numbers represent the silver purity in parts per thousand (92.5% pure silver). For 14K jewelry, the stamp will read G585 (58.5% pure gold).

Dampen the cloth in lukewarm water, adding a small amount of mild soap, and rub gently on jewelry. Rinse with clean water and pat dry with a soft cloth. A pair of clips are used to stylishly cover the threaded areas on most PANDORA bracelets. Clips will keep your charms evenly balanced and help prevent your bracelet from stretching. A third clip can also be added at the end to keep your charms from twisting off when you take off or put on your bracelet.
Clips are available in a variety of styles and finishes. We recommend every PANDORA bracelet have at least two clips, one for each notch. Spacers are smaller, thin charms that can be used to fill in the gaps between two different sized beads, but are completely optional.
Unlike the regular Pandora bracelet, it only has threads by the clasp – this means that you still screw the charms on and off it. However, you can't use Pandora clips on the bangle as a result; they will just slide around it unless you use silicone stoppers underneath the clips.
A safety chain is recommended for PANDORA bracelets for a few reasons: In the unlikely event that the clasp on your bracelet opens unexpectedly, a safety chain protects your investment by preventing the bracelet from falling off your wrist and keeping the charms in place.
