Can you shred zucchini ahead of time?

While getting the kitchen ready for baking, it is not advised to make an extra mess. The first step is to grate and/or grind your zucchini. You can prep your zucchini ahead of time and leave it in a sealed container, in your fridge, for 3-5 days.
