Can you have non 24 if you are not blind?

No. While Non-24 is believed to affect over half of all totally blind individuals, it does affect some sighted people as well. However, the underlying causes are different, and these should be seen as two distinct disorders: Blind Non-24 and Sighted Non-24.

Non-24 is a circadian rhythm disorder. Your circadian rhythms are controlled by your master body clock and tell you when to sleep, when to wake, when to eat, among other things. In most people, the master body clock runs slightly longer than 24 hours.
