Are grapes harmful to rats?

CAN RATS EAT GRAPES? Grapes are generally fine for rats and can actually be very healthy, with the purple variety in particular having many reported anti-carcinogenic effects. That being said excessive consumption of grapes isn't good for rats as, with all fruit-type foods, they can be high in sugar and cause diarrhea.

Can I feed my rats nuts?

Fruit and berries — Out of all the foods rodents consume, their top two loves are generally fruits and berries. Nuts — All rodents love nuts, from peanuts and walnuts to almonds and hazelnuts. In fact, just about any nut can serve as ample nourishment for rats and mice.
